We’re thrilled to be back in Arizona, at one of our favourite shows, Tucson’s GJX, Gem & Jewelry Exchange, which opened yesterday and runs until the 9th February.
The focus is on exhibiting our latest collections of rare gemstones with some superlative single stones, rare precious pieces in extraordinarily clear colours and a whole selection of perfectly matched pairs, ready to be scooped up by an inspired top jeweller: yellow beryls, peridots, aquamarines and demantoids to name but a few.
Other notable precious gems include an approx. 576 carat green beryl, an important selection of aquamarines, a 61 carat (approx) morganite and an excellent collection of peridots and different coloured tourmalines. An approx. 140 carat Imperial topaz from Brazil sits alongside a beautiful 16 carat (approx) Mandarin garnet from Mozambique, spinels from Burma (Myanmar) and Tanzania and a stunning 9 carat (approx) Paraiba tourmaline, again from Mozambique.
We are also exhibiting a handful of dramatic and unique new objets d’art and Henn jewellery pieces, including an elegant handcarved cameo design necklace and a bold statement pendant with a strikingly contemporary feel.
Look out for our beautiful trio of 18 carat yellow gold brooches. The Art Nouveau inspired Sycamore Wings feature in turn: two 1.98 carat oval demantoids with green hand enamelling; two 2.62 carat blue sapphires with hand enamelling graded in shades of sunflower through to and cornflower; and two 2.44 carat oval Mandarin garnets. with amber enamelling. Brilliant cut diamonds and cultured pearls complete the composition of each of these delicate, delightful and colourful pieces.
A striking rock crystal skull presides over one of our displays while another showcases playful pieces by Hans-Jürgen Henn, inspired by the works of Surrealist maestro Dali. We are also featuring an 18 carat yellow gold and rock crystal box with a sculpted and painted elephant motif. Elsewhere in the same display an unusual and precious aquarium design with a lively array of colours adds a tropical touch. These are all one-of-a-kind pieces to treasure for a lifetime.
All the photography in this post is edited direct from mobile shots of our stand, which is within the Idar-Oberstein Group. Come and say hello to us, Henn’s booth number is 4304.
